THE VICINITY Where to go - nearby to Saint Cannat you will find many wonderful, and even breathtaking views and spots! In Saint Cannat you find the two large playparks Village d‘Automates (outdoor) and Montopoto (indoor) which offer plenty of joy for the younger ones! The nearby, pretty Zoo of La Barben will surprise you with a wide range of animals, and the Chateau La Barben offers guided tours, knights games, and festivals. The dome in Lambesc, Chateau Valmousse, Route de Coudoux with a very scenic drive (and narrow bends) are very nice places to visit. So is the Abbeye de Silvacane, founded in 1144. Rognes with a lovely village square, old church and inner town is nice to eplore. Eguilles and Pelissanne offer nice village centers, inviting for a stroll, and some relaxing time at a café, bar, or restaurant. Vernegues and La Quille are a bit more quiet but offer spectacular views. At Vernegues don‘t miss to have an ice cream or Crèpe or (in the evening) dinner at the pretty „Le Repaire“. When going to La Quille, it‘s worthwile to pass by the the famous vinery „Chateau La Coste“ with lots of Artworks and also very good wines. La Quille is also an excellent place for a picknick.
